01Controller information

Pixel-Park SRL is the data controller for the processing described in this policy.

Company namePixel-Park SRL
Registration numberBE0799.491.123
Registered addressRue aux Esprits 4, 1440 Braine-le-Château, Belgium

02Scope of this policy

This policy applies to:

  • the Presenter3D website (including contact forms),
  • interactive 3D viewers delivered by Presenter3D,
  • customer / merchant dashboards,
  • optional Presenter3D API features used by merchants (for booking / reservation flows).

In this policy, the Viewer means the interactive 3D viewer that Presenter3D delivers (often embedded on a merchant's own website). The Website means the Presenter3D website itself (presenter3d.com, including this page and the contact forms). They are treated separately below because they collect data differently.

!

Important — Viewer scope: Inside the Viewer we collect interaction analytics, but we do not collect arbitrary "outside-the-viewer" element events from the surrounding merchant website (for example button / form event payloads outside the Viewer) as part of this policy scope.

The Website is separate: with your consent, it uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and on-page interaction (such as clicks and scrolls) so we can improve the site — see sections 3.5 and 5.4. This is consent-based and off until you opt in.

03Data we collect

3.1 Data submitted via forms

When you submit a contact / request form, we collect data you provide, such as:

  • name,
  • email address,
  • company name (optional),
  • project / use-case details (optional).

3.2 Viewer analytics and technical data

When a Presenter3D viewer is used, the service may process:

  • viewer interaction and performance events,
  • scene load timings and server response timings,
  • error and diagnostic logs,
  • pseudonymous viewer identifier (if enabled by user choice),
  • device / browser technical information (for example user agent, platform, renderer / GPU data when available),
  • raw IP address transiently for request handling and geolocation lookup,
  • ISP, city, region, country, timezone (derived from IP and technical lookup).

3.3 Dashboard authentication data

For authenticated dashboards, we process account / session security data, including authentication and CSRF-related cookie data.

3.4 API reservation / identity data (merchant API flows)

For merchants using Presenter3D API reservation / Commerce engine flows, we may process:

  • API authentication metadata,
  • optional API identity cookie / fallback fingerprint for abuse prevention / rate limiting,
  • reservation operation integrity / anti-replay metadata.

3.5 Google Analytics (Website)

The Presenter3D Website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. When you consent, GA4 may process:

  • a pseudonymous Google client identifier,
  • page views and non-identifying interaction events (such as clicks and scrolls),
  • the pages and campaigns that referred you,
  • approximate location (country, region, city) derived from your IP address,
  • device, browser, operating system, language, and screen information.

These interaction events are anonymous engagement signals only. We do not send personal data or form field contents (such as your name, email, or message) to Google Analytics. IP addresses are anonymized and are not stored by us in analytics records. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics in our consent banner, and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not currently use advertising or remarketing trackers. If we later introduce advertising or conversion measurement (for example a Google Ads or LinkedIn tag) to support our marketing campaigns, it will be added as a separate, consent-based category, and this policy and our consent banner will be updated accordingly.

04How data is collected

Data is collected through:

  • form submissions,
  • use of Presenter3D viewer endpoints,
  • authenticated dashboard use,
  • optional merchant API requests.

05Cookies, local storage, and identifiers

5.1 Landing page and standard viewer usage

Presenter3D viewer identification is designed to use a pseudonymous random identifier stored locally (for example local storage) when allowed by user choice. If a user declines this identifier, Presenter3D does not persist that identifier for future session-linking across visits. Limited per-request technical processing may still occur for security, diagnostics, and service delivery.

5.2 Dashboard

Presenter3D dashboards use authentication / session cookies (including CSRF protection cookies) required for secure login and account use.

5.3 Merchant API flows

When merchants use Presenter3D API identity / reservation flows, Presenter3D may set an identity cookie (for example idn) for rate-limiting and request integrity. This is separate from dashboard login cookies.

5.4 Google Analytics cookies

When you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser — typically _ga and _ga_<id> (and, where applicable, _gid) — used to distinguish visitors and sessions. These cookies can persist for up to 13 months. Analytics is disabled by default and managed through Google Consent Mode: no Google Analytics cookies are set until you opt in. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Privacy settings in the footer.

06Purposes of processing

We process data to:

  • respond to inquiries,
  • deliver and maintain Presenter3D services,
  • provide viewer analytics to the project owner / merchant,
  • monitor and improve performance, reliability, and user experience,
  • detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, or technical misuse,
  • support booking / reservation integrity where merchants enable those features,
  • measure site traffic and analyze audience trends through Google Analytics (with your consent).

07Legal bases (GDPR)

Depending on context, Presenter3D relies on:

  • consent (where required for non-essential tracking / storage),
  • legitimate interests (security, diagnostics, service improvement, fraud prevention),
  • performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (when providing requested services),
  • legal obligations where applicable.

08Data sharing and recipients

Data is accessible only on a need-to-know basis by authorized Pixel-Park SRL personnel. Viewer analytics related to a merchant project is made available to the merchant / customer who owns that project.

Presenter3D uses infrastructure / service providers, including:

  • hosting and infrastructure providers,
  • database / storage providers (including MongoDB Atlas),
  • content delivery / asset hosting providers (including Cloudflare),
  • IP geolocation / lookup providers (including api.iplocation.net),
  • web analytics providers (Google Analytics 4 — Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC),
  • transactional email infrastructure providers (as configured by Presenter3D).
!

Presenter3D does not sell personal data.

09Data retention

Retention is feature-specific:

Viewer session recordsUp to 30 days.
Controller / profile analyticsUp to 30 days by default. If the optional pseudonymous identifier is enabled, retention may extend up to 90 days, with rolling extension when that identifier is seen again.
API identity / rate-limitUp to 90 days (rolling by activity, where applicable).
Google Analytics cookiesUp to 13 months in the browser; GA reporting data is retained per our GA configuration.
Dashboard auth / sessionShort-lived, according to security / session configuration.
Contact / business commsRetained as needed for handling requests and ongoing business communication, unless deletion is requested and legally possible.

10Demo checkout data

The Presenter3D website includes an interactive demonstration checkout ("Demo checkout") that shows how the Commerce engine handles orders, payments, shipping, and international fulfilment. The Demo checkout uses test environments only: payments run through Stripe test mode and no real payment is processed, and no product is shipped.

When you use the Demo checkout, we collect the information you enter to demonstrate the order flow, including:

  • email address,
  • shipping address and phone number,
  • the demo order, payment, shipping, and refund records generated during the session.

This data is used only to operate the demonstration — to send you the related demo emails (order, payment, shipping, and refund notifications), to show international shipping, tax, and customs handling for the address you enter, and to let you return to the demo buyer portal as a returning buyer.

Legal basis: consent, given when you submit the Demo checkout.

Retention: Demo checkout data is kept for up to 30 days from your last activity in the demo, with the period extending on further activity, and is deleted at the latest six months after first collection. You can request earlier deletion at any time by contacting support@presenter3d.com.

We do not use Demo checkout data for marketing, and we do not sell it. If you separately choose to contact us or request a quote, that is handled under the contact-form data described above.

11International transfers

Where providers process data outside your jurisdiction, Presenter3D applies appropriate safeguards required by applicable law (for example contractual safeguards where relevant).

In particular, use of Google Analytics may involve transferring data to Google in the United States. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Google's supplementary measures.

12Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR), you may request:

  • access,
  • rectification,
  • erasure,
  • restriction,
  • objection,
  • portability,
  • withdrawal of consent (where processing is based on consent).

To exercise rights, contact support@presenter3d.com. If you believe your data is handled unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with your competent data protection authority.

13Security

Presenter3D applies reasonable technical and organizational measures, including:

  • access controls,
  • credential protection and hashing where applicable,
  • transport / security controls,
  • operational monitoring and logging.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but Presenter3D continuously works to reduce risk.

14Policy updates

This policy may be updated. The latest version will be published with an updated date.
